It is important to understand how companies are valued by investors, how to present yourself, and how to understand what terms you may be offered by our Syndicate Leads.

As your deal room gains supporters and momentum, one or more Syndicate Leads may contact you. They can also request that you be included in online pitch presentations, where they can do some diligence individually and as a group.

You may have offers from more than one Syndicate Lead, and more than one may team up to syndicate your deal. Negotiate in good faith; once you reach a deal with a Syndicate Lead to syndicate your capital raise, your deal room will move to center stage and be ready for the investments to start rolling in.
